Today's menu... I truly believe this is the route to avoiding having a picky eater/a veggie fan. If I didn't like the main entree growing up, I just had to eat enough salad/side veggie choices to fill me up.
Apparently the best way to make "hard-boiled" eggs is in the OVEN! Ya just gotta cook them at 325 degrees, pop in the oven for about 25-30 minutes and yer done! They are said to be tastier, and much easier to peel! -- will have to try!
