Martha Stewart Baked Eggs in Tomato-Parmesan Sauce. In a rare mis-step for Martha, there was oddly a ton of tomato which made it, IMHO, out of balance with the eggs. Cut the tomato in half and do plenty of salt and pepper and it's an easy winner.
