Let’s work our ankles today

Something we tend to forget about but is hugely important when warming up: the ankles & feet! And you know what happens when we have poor ankle mobility? Knee pain, hip pain, back pain😩. Poor ankle mobility is like the silent killer for meniscus injuries, hip labral tears, SI joint pain, etc etc. We’ve talked a lot about how decreased mobility in the joints that need it the most will force undue stress on the surrounding joints. 👈I’m still on the same theory😅
