Garlic Crusted Cod - made for dinner 5/23/13 - Delicious! I didn't have lemon which I think would have made this perfection but we couldn't stop eating it! I'm not big on seafood but I plan on making this with the rest of our frozen cod. (Fwiw, the cod we have tasted fresh even though it had been frozen.)

Skinny Pesto Cream Pasta... Great idea skinny pesto... I will try the substitution and see the difference. I would like to see the calorie and fat/nutrition breakdown on the skinny version with evaporated milk versus the original version with olive oil. Read notations on be careful not to overmix the skinny version it will lose its flavor and eat soon after making.
