Ingredients:
1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp vegetable oil, divided
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp ginger, minced
1/4 cup beef broth
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Marinate beef in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch for 15 mins.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry beef until browned; remove.
Add remaining oil, stir-fry bell peppers, onion, garlic, and ginger until tender-crisp.
Return beef to skillet. Stir in broth, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and black pepper. Cook until sauce thickens.
Serve hot over rice.
