Wendy's Copycat Frosty Recipe {Paleo, Clean Eating, Dairy-Free, Vegan} - this frosty recipe is quick, easy and tastes just like the real thing without all the questionable ingredients.

Strawberry mousse : 1 lbs. strawberries, hulled; 2 cups whipping cream; 1/2 cup powdered sugar; 1 packet unflavored gelatin......  Soften gelatin per directions. Blend strawberries in processor until smooth.  Add to gelatin and stir well.  Let cool in refrigerator while you prepare the whipped cream. Whip cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.  Fold in cooled strawberry mixture.  Transfer to a serving bowl or individual dishes.  Refrigerate for at least two hours or until set.
