Ingredients
• 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts split in half
• 2 cups broccoli
• 1 cup fresh spinach
• 1 box rigatoni pasta
• 1 medium yellow onion, diced
• 6 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 quart chicken broth
• 21/2 cups heavy cream
• 4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided (2 Tbsp each)

• Garlic and herb seasoning
• All purpose seasoning
• Smoked paprika
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese
• 1 cup pepper Jack or Monterey Jack cheese
