My Blueberry Bomb Breakfast This morning: Mug via Melissa Le. 1/3 cup oats, 1 tbs chia seeds, 1/4 a scoop cocoa protein powder, 3/4 cup vanilla sugarfree almond milk, 1 tsp coconut. Layered with 1/2 a frozen banana blended and 1/2 tsp almond butter and 11/2 tbs no sugar added Stonewall Kitchen Wild Maine Blueberry Spread and sprinkled with a few fresh blueberries. HEAVENNN complete.
Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate (vegan, NRS) 2 C milk (almond milk works perfectly) ¼ C homemade pumpkin puree(use less of store bought puree as it’s thicker) ¾ tsp pumpkin pie spice 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa tbsp maple syrup pinch of salt dash of vanilla
Yummy pancakes from scratch. I added tsp of vanilla extract.so moist and fluffy.we also added semi sweet chocolate chips for the kids.i recommend sprinkling the chips on the poured pancake instead of mixing in batter. The chips sink to the bottom.
Pumpkin fluff dip = Cool Whip, small instant vanilla pudding package, 1 can pumpkin, 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Serve with cinnamon graham crackers, inside a pie pumpkin. :) This was a huge hit at work and everybody wanted the recipe!
