    • 1/2 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein

    • 1 tbsp cacao powder
    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
    • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (can be frozen or not, but use less liquid if not frozen)
    • 1/2 frozen banana (frozen when still slightly green or just yellow)
    • 2/3 cup frozen riced califlower
    • cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips for topping
