Homemade Hersheys syrup. 3/4 cup cocoa powder, 1-1/4 cups water, 1-1/2 cup sugar, 1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract. put over med heat wisk until smooth. stir till it boils, and boil for 1-2 min. add vanilla. allow to cool and it will thicken!
