My breakfast this morning: Not-So-Chunky Monkey Shake! -1 scoop Chocolate BodyKey* -3/4 cubes of ice -1/2 cup almond milk** -1/2 cup water** -frozen banana, chopped -1 tbsp all-natural peanut butter or almond butter. Blend, enjoy! *This can be done with Vanilla BodyKey, just sub chocolate almond milk! **You can sub all water or all almond milk, I just prefer mixing to reduce thickness!
