Probeer deze heerlijke smoothie is  Wat heb je nodig: 1 appel 1/4 ananas 1/4 komkommer 1/2 avocado 1/2 limoen 2 el gemixte superfoods 1/2 el maca poeder  Doe alles (behalve de superfoods) in een blender. Schenk het in een glas en voeg er je favoriete superfoods aan toe. Bijv. bijenpollen, cacao nibs of goji besjes. Je kan het ook met een lepel opeten dan krijg je sneller een voller gevoel heerlijk!
