Brocolli and bacon salad2 heads Broccoli, chopped 2 lb’s bacon, cooked and crumbled 1/2 onion, chopped 12 oz shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup real mayonaise 1/3 cup hot water 4 Tbsp sugar 4 Tbsp vinegar Directions: Dissolve sugar into water and vinegar. Pour over broccoli. Let sit to soften broccoli a little bit. Stir in other ingredients. Chill. Serve chilled.
