Mini Chicken Pot Pies Bisquick for crust 1/2 c bisquick, 1/2 c milk, 2 eggs Filling - Chicken breast cut to bite size pieces Frozen peas/carrots/onions Salt/Pepper Saute all together 1 tbsp bisquick into greased muffin pan, 1 tbsp. filling, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, top with 1 tbsp. bisquick. Bake 375 for 30-45 min. It's THAT EASY!
