Moms amazing Roasted Red Pepper & Chicken Pasta (Photo Only Recipe Below)  Boil 1/2 package of penne  cook 1 pound chicken breast cut into pieces and 1 tsp minced garlic  Add 2 tsp Chicken Bouillon Granules, 1 Cup water, 3/4 cup roasted red bell peppers, drained, rinsed and coarsely chopped, 1 jar sliced mushrooms, 2 tablespoons sliced ripe olives. Cover, simmer over medium heat 10 mins.  Stir in pasta - heat through and serve immediately (230 calories for 1 cup)
