This is a very girly crown pattern pierced cartilage ear cuff. It has a detailed crown pattern and a 20 gauge post soldered to the end of the cuff. We have sold this piece in only the non pierced version, but by popular demand started adding a post to the cuff for helix piercings. We use only the highest quality materials Sterling Silver or Gold Filled in making this piece. It comes in a left or right side.
