Restaurant-Style Tomato Salsa from Local Kitchen. I just canned this today. This is a great tasting salsa! I substituted 2 large jalapenos and 2 habaneros for some of the sweet peppers. I like the fact that she tells you how many cups of peppers you can have to maintain safe canning practices. This was definitely spicy going into the jars but will tone down over the next few months so we will see how it tastes then. The recipe said it yielded 10 cups but I ended up with a little more.
