This is probably a Lemur. Lemurs are actually 'Prosimians' like PRE-primates, to be precise.

When we saw this picture it made us smile. You have to admit - the thought of a monkey taking a picture is quite hilarious! But the intensity with which the monkey is looking through the camera lens is what makes this photo an instant classic.

I never did find out how this Mountain Goat, Oreamnos americanus, managed to get down. I was there for more than an hour and it kept licking away at the mineral in the rock. It was a sheer drop below, there was no apparent way up or sideways. But then other’s did some amazing feats of climbing that the best mountain climbers would be envious of.
