Natural pearl and diamond necklace Composed of two graduated strands of seventy-eight natural pearls measuring from approximately 7.45 to 13.95mm, on a clasp set with a marquise-shaped diamond weighing 4.39 carats, framed with brilliant-cut diamonds. Accompanied by SSEF report no. 79686, stating that the seventy-eight pearls were found to be natural, saltwater; together with an appendix letter mentioning the remarkable size and highly matching appearance of the pearls.
