• 1 lb Flank steak or sirloin
Produce
• 2 cups Broccoli, fresh
• 2 Carrots, crisp
• 1 tsp Chili flakes
• 2 cloves Garlic, fresh
• 1 Nob ginger, fresh
Condiments
• 1 tbsp Honey, raw
Baking & Spices
• 1 tbsp Avocado oil
• 1 Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
• 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
Other
• 1/4 cup Bragg's liquid aminos, low sodium soy sauce, or coconut aminos(my favorite is the coconut aminos)
