Three-Cheese Creamed Spinach: Thaw and squeeze dry 20 oz. frozen chopped spinach. Place in a large saucepan with 1.5 cups spreadable chive and onion cream cheese, 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, 0.25 cup butter, and 0.25 tsp. pepper. Cook and stir over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until heated through.
