Individual Raspberry Brownies for the Raclette First I mix 2 packets of raspberry mixables in with a box of brownie mix and store in an air tight container. 2 3/4 TBSP brownie mix 1 tsp egg beaters 1/2 tsp water 1 1/2 tsp oil Mix well and pour into Raclette tray sprayed with Pam. Let cook for about 10 minutes under a high burner. May take longer if you are cooking on low or medium heat. Courtesy of Rochelle Hanson!!!
