This reminds me of a TED talk on synthetic happiness. To sum it up, by telling yourself that you are happy through synthetic happiness, you actually become a happier and more satisfied person. Our minds work in interesting ways doesn't it?
Sometimes people just need to hear that it's ok. It's ok to make a mistake. It's ok if you're not perfect. It's ok to miss someone. It's ok to cry. It's ok to be different. <---- I'm doing most of those things right now. Thank you, random citizen.
True. Never want to live a performance based- expectational life placing expectations on others that they can NEVER live up to and then reprimanding based on my expectations.... Oh how we need to show God's nature by LOVING others unconditionally!!!
