Lost Woods: Artisan Cafe & Book Store- This is 2 of 2 boards done for this project and shoes the furniture and textile choices and where some are located in the designs. ~I also chose the furniture to be to be elegant, and recognizable to help clients feel comfortable.

NEXT University- This is 1 of 5 boards done for this project and shows the an elevation, furniture selection, color scheme, and reflected ceiling plan. The board was chosen to explain my design decisions.

Lost Woods: Artisan Cafe & Book Store, Front Counter- ~The cafe is a family business that was built using a lower budget. ~The columns were designed to look like trees to represent a forest. The lighting is recessed to resemble light peaking through the trees. ~ The Counter top is made to look like quartz and is made to have high maintainability and clean-ability.

Lost Woods: Artisan Cafe & Book Store, Front Counter- ~The light fixtures were my design to resemble the fairy tale concept but also gives warm and home like environment. ~The colors were to give the clients a contrast, the white represents luxury, red represents passion for art and food, grey is to represent a neutral color, and black to counter act the white. ~ Chair upholstery was chosen to repel stains, its soft and durable.

Kono Residence, Living room- ~chose furniture for to reference Japanese culture and to represent the owners heritage. ~The Tin Ceiling was chosen to reference the art of Japanese Feng Shui utilizing the ideas of Geomancy. ~ Lastly I chose wood furnishings to warm up the space and balance the tin ceiling. Also to balance the acoustics in the space.

Each cardinal direction is based on a element, animal and color. ~ Lastly I chose wood furnishings to warm up the space and balance the tin ceiling. Also to balance the acoustics in the space.
