tried this one and results weren't great. however, i used more cocunut flour as my flax meal had expired and i didn't have almond extract so i used a tiny bit more vanilla, but it was so crumbly (even after letting sit for a few minutes) i had to add more coconut milk... flavour was super yummy but too crumbly. I don't bake often so any help with ideas i would very much appreciate! Lori
