Czech Method: 1. Pour a shot of Absinthe into a glass; 2. Dip a teaspoon of sugar in the absinthe so that it absorbs it; 3. Set the sugar cube on an Absinthe spoon and place it on the glass; 4. Light the sugar cube on fire and allow all the caramelized sugar to flow into the glass; 5. Pour the water into the glass, stir and enjoy!
