Clif Shotbloks - because Gu just tastes nasty and clings to my mouth. They may be full of food-coloring and who knows what else, but hey even Scott Jurek uses them! Just squeeze, pop in my mouth, chew, *WEE SUGAR RUSH!* And I'm good for burning up another couple of miles mid-race. There's little mess and fuss, although the package is not really pocket-friendly. Cherry, strawberry, and lemon-lime are my go-to flavors.
