Jumbo pasta shells stuffed with soy meat (Yves Veggie Ground Round- or you can use ground beef/turkey/chicken/veal), spinach, and ricotta cheese, with homemade tomato sauce! Sprinkled more tomato sauce on top before I baked them. I love making this dish.
