Low carb cauliflower peanut-butter cookie !     1C cauliflower processed in a food processor   1/2 C natural peanut butter   1/2 C almond breeze   2 eggs   1/2 C oat bran  cinnamon, nutmeg, sweetener to taste  Blend together the cauliflower and almond breeze until it becomes a puree, add melted peanut butter, eggs, oat bran and spices - scoop on a cookie tray and bake a 325 for 18-22 minutes :)
