This is almost EXACTLY what my mom did for us as children. Milk is a cereal topping, or a side for coffee and tea. Juice is only for breakfast. Pop is only for birthdays or parties, and we all had our own water bottles for as long as I can remember. Also, we never left the house without a huge supply of water.
Kinder readiness: Obviously, these lists vary by state/school, but ours was equally as long....and it helps to keep them in mind, as there are often things you'd never considered before hidden in the assessments.
