Winchester City Council is so keen on apprenticeships that even its apprentices have an apprentice.  And they are keeping it in the family: one of the Council’s nine apprentices invited her younger brother to work to be her apprentice for the day.

The apprentices of Winchester City Council wanted to make a video that will educate others of the misconceptions of apprenticeships, as part of their efforts in the Brathay Apprenticeship Challenge. This short stop animation was made with Lego pieces and all the apprentices had a part to play... Enjoy!

2013/14 apprenices sent packing! Here they are, raising money for Winchester Young Carers.

Winchester City Council’s 19 apprentices raised money to provide support Winchester and District Young Carers by packing bags for customers of Sainsbury’s in Badger Farm, Winchester, on a busy day (Thursday 17 April) before the Easter weekend.
