AIP vegan raw lasagna rolls (i just used this for the picture- do not use nuts or tomatos)   Sauce: Use cauliflower and coconut cream together.  For simple roll add avocado slices inside the zuchini roll.  However, if you want a traditional layered lasagna, zuchinni and squash, add kale, it should taste good with the cauliflower/coconut cream. Top with fresh basil.
