Fun Magazine Cover Doodle Art by Ana Strumpf & Hattie Stewart

I love the use of technology on this image. The background is very plain and there's a clear lack of cover lines so the focus is on what is going on in the image. Although I think this would be very hard to re-create, it would look very artistic.

The art of magazine covers: 20 incredible examples from 2012

Cover Art/Design (1/10) This is similar to photo illustrations, but I especially like how the person is on an illustrated background as well as having artistic elements added to their face

I really like this pin. I also really like the way that they have included a big letter on the left hand side. or is that a drops caps? anyways i like the way there is a picture inside it.

NWO Illuminati Satanist Agenda - ALL-SEEING EYE symbolism: Illuminati satanic elite seeing themselves as gods, and being able to see and watch everything that we do. The eye of Saturn/ the Eye of Horus/ Eye of Lucifer...Satan himself

A layout like this would not be suitable for the music magazine that I am creating. This is because it is too plain and basic, as it lacks pictures and text, as well as the bright colours we might see on a dance/club music magazine.

Emma Watson Becomes A Certified Yoga Instructor

Two aspects of this magazine cover that are really impressive are the typographical relationships and the way the image covers the masthead. The typographical relationship is contrasting, with serif for the masthead and main cover line about Emma Watson, while the rest of the cover lines are sans-serif. This almost creates a hierarchy of sorts, showing that the text in serif is most important.
