At my work, we have decided to have a 'recycle week'. I think it would be an awesome idea to get one of these skip bins to put in our parking lot, to bee able to see just how much our business can recycle in a week. I think the result would surprise a lot of people!
I think one of the building alterations my home could use might be an outdoor car port with a metal pavilion. Most of the time the garage will suffice, but during parties the driveway and street get crowed. A little extra parking would be nice.
I totally just figured out what I'm getting my dad for Father's Day next year! He is determined to transform the basement into a man cave, and he absolutely loves football. So, I figure that I should get him a big floor mat with his favorite team to put in there.
I remember when I used to live in the city seeing a street sweeper cleaning the streets every once in a while. I don't really see street sweepers in the suburbs. I wonder if they ever clean suburban streets in the middle of the afternoon when people aren't at home. I would be really interested to see a street sweeper pass by my house while cleaning the street one of these days.
I don't think any home is complete without several features. I think having a pergola is the perfect accent to a home. It gives you a place to hang out during the summer afternoons and evenings. It's also a good place to have a bar-b-q. I don't know if I will end up building a pergola when I build my dream home, but if I have the money, I will definitely consider it.
