I usually make the simplified version of this: fry onion and garlic on little oil, add a can of tuna and 1 tbsp tomato paste, fry for 1 minute, add ketchup, water, salt, black pepper (optional: sliced black olives), and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Served with pasta it is a fast, simple, and filling meal, and all ingredients can usually be found in your kitchen cupboard!
Cinnamon and Spice Sweet Potato Bread. For AIP, I'm going to use "plantain eggs" (plantains and olive oil), coconut milk for the buttermilk, cassava flour for the regular flour, coconut granules for the brown sugar, and omit the seed based spices. Mmmmmm. Should work?
