Combo Miter Saw Station Lumber Rack. I luv this idea for a workshop bench. My suggestion is to just make that miter station bolt on to swap out with other big tools like a small scroll-saw, grinder, belt sander, polisher... etc. Each piece would just need a standard mounting plate that you make to attach to that center workstation area.
This workbench is simple enough and cheap enough that you can make it in a morning, and yet it's big enough for serious woodworking and hobby projects. Add pegboard, a bench vise and a few other accessories and you'll have a serious work center.
Interior shot of my 20 x 32 workshop. It is still in the getting organized stage. I still have to locate most of the tools in the shop. Only the table saw is in its final location at this point. Also in the process of moving all the dust collection machines in separate building outside of shop. - CLICK TO ENLARGE
