Cheese burger soup 1 lb beef, 1 c onion, 1 c carrots, 1 c celery, 2 tsp basil, 1 tsp parsley, 1/2c butter, water, 3 ck bouillon cubes, 5 potatoes, 1/2 c flour, 6oz Velveeta, 1 cream of mushroom, garlic S, 1/4 c sour cream, sauté onion, carrots, celery, basil, parsley 2 Tbs butter,add cubes, potatoes & cover w/ water; boil. til potatoes tender. In skillet, brown beef then use butter & flour to make roux. Add to soup. then add cheese, cream of mushroom, S, sour cream; cook until cheese melts.
