• 1 kg Spinach
• 3 Spring onions
• 1 Zest 1 lemon

• 3 Eggs, large free-range
Baking & Spices
• 3 gratings Nutmeg
• 1 Sea salt and black sesame seeds
Oils & Vinegars
• 50 ml Olive oil
Bread & Baked Goods
• 30 cm Loose-bottomed tart tin or shallow cake tin
