Buffalo Chicken Casserole 1 pound chicken 1 Tbl olive oil 1/8 tsp pepper 2 cups uncooked macaroni 2-10.5 oz cans cream of chicken soup 1-14.5 oz can chicken broth 1 c milk 8 oz cheddar cheese 1/2 c Hot Sauce 1 c celery, chopped 1/2 c onion, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake chicken for 40-45. Cool and shred. Pour mixture into a 9x13 pan and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Pizzaiolo Pasta Bake 16 ounces of short cut pasta of your choice 1 lb Italian sausage 1 small onion minced (or approx 3/4 to 1 cup) 1 small bell pepper chopped (I used multiple colors since I freeze BP's for cooking) 8-10 ounces sliced pepperoni 1 tsp oregano 2-3 cups pizza sauce (I like tons of sauce because I don't like dry dishes, and the pasta soaks a lot up) 1 cup diced tomatoes 1 tbsp Italian seasoning 1 tsp garlic powder 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
