Ingredients (4 pancakes): 175 g ricotta, 100 ml milk, 2 eggs(separated), 75 g plain flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1 pinch of salt 1 sachet vanilla sugar, lemon zest, oil : ricotta+ milk+ egg yolks + flour + baking powder, salt, lemon zest in a bowl = mix well to combine. Beat the egg whites and add to the ricotta mixture+ vanilla sugar .
