Simple vigorous skipping cardio workout. Skip 40secs (Using RPE scale 7-8) - 20secs of light (RPE 3) 4 sets are considered 1-round. Rest 1min between rounds. 4 rounds will give you a 20min workout, 5 rounds will give you a 25min workout. Do as long as you want, as long as 10min's or more. Make sure to warm up and cool down 5 mins each and have fun!
