Simple vigorous skipping cardio workout. Skip 40secs (Using RPE scale 7-8) - 20secs of light (RPE 3) 4 sets are considered 1-round. Rest 1min between rounds. 4 rounds will give you a 20min workout, 5 rounds will give you a 25min workout. Do as long as you want, as long as 10min's or more.  Make sure to warm up and cool down 5 mins each and have fun!

Skip (using RPE scale - 20 secs of light (RPE 4 sets are considered Rest between rounds. 4 rounds will give you a 20 min workout.

Stick with it!  There are a lot of ways to get the physical activity you need!  If you're thinking, "How can I meet the guidelines each week?" don't worry. You'll be surprised by the variety of activities you have to choose from. To meet the guidelines for aerobic activity, basically anything counts, as long as it's done at a moderate- or vigorous-intensity for at least 10 minutes at a time.
