One Pot Pasta Serves two 300g spaghetti 300g cherry tomatoes 1 sliced onion 2 sliced garlic cloves 4 cups of vegetable broth 1 tsp chilly flakes 2 sprigs of fresh basil salt, pepper, dried oregano grated parmesan. Put everything in one big pan/pot (the spaghetti has to seat flatly so snap it if it doesn't). Throw in the stock and put to boil. Boil it for 10 minutes while stirring. Serve hot with grated parmesan on top.
