Ingredients for Pizza Base  2 Eggs  250gms (1 cup) Softened Cream Cheese  2 cloves fresh garlic (crushed)  60gms (2 oz) Finely grated Parmesan Cheese   1 tspn Mixed Herbs  Salt and Pepper to taste  Cooking spray   Pre-heat Oven to 180 C (350 F)   Spray a flat casserole or baking dish (we used a small square glass roaster)  Prepare base, add all the above ingredients into a mixer or blender and mix until smooth, spread evenly over base of dish and place in oven. Bake for 10 - 15

Crustless Quiche.  I made this once with chopped broccoli and once with chopped spinach and it came out great both times.  Very easy to put together.  Delicious, too.
