Clean Eating Roasted Summer Squash

Easy and delicious. I used garlic salt instead of garlic powder cuz thats all I had. Might've used a bit too much oil on the bottom and cooked a bit too long cuz they were a little too mushy for my taste, but overall delicious! Will definitely make again.

WEIGHT WATCHERS snack ZERO PointsPlus! 1 spray cooking spray, 1 head of uncooked cauliflower, ½ tsp ground cumin, ½ tsp chili powder (or more to taste), ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper. Preheat oven to 400, coat baking sheet with spray, cut cauliflower to bite size pieces and mix in bowl with all ingredients. Bake for about 10 minutes stirring half way through. 1 serving: ½ cup!
