Chocolate buttermilk cake. Bakes up nice and moist, fine densely packed moist crumb. Moist when cold too. Use sunflower oil! Added 2 oz chocolate per layer and it was too unstable. Used half dark and half regular cocoa powder. Consider adding more cocoa.
The burgers of this cake are a dark chocolate frosting, the cheese and tomatoes are tinted frosting, the lettuce leaves are made from almond paste, and sunflower seeds stand in for sesame seeds. For for a birthday party or outdoor entertaining.
