I'm not sure if it's a Texas thing because we have great tex-mex food but I really really love a good TACO...and someone to take to enjoy with me. :)

Pico De Gallo - this is very close to my recipe but I just squeeze a whole lime into the mixture, add about half a can of tomato sauce for a little more juice and dice (very small pieces with no seeds) 1-3 Serrano peppers, depending on taste. The longer you let it set for the flavors to combine, the hotter it gets. Oh, and don't forget the cilantro!!!
