Kim's Gluten Free Bread Simplified Version. I use egg whites, canola oil, ivory teff (I grind it with my grinder), brown rice flour instead of sorghum flour and don't use flax seed. I mix it in my bread maker and then bake it in a bread pan in my oven. It turns out great every time!
