Anna + Elena Balbusso’s image titled "Pregnant" for The Folio Society, UK edition of "The Handmaid’s Tale," by Margaret Atwood, has earned them another Gold Medal from the Society of Illustrators in New York.

One of the few books-read-for-school that really moved me. It's as much about growing up and humanity's capacity for being noble as it is a commentary on racism, prejudice, and the darker aspects of humanity. So worth the read. It'll probably make you a better person too. ;)

Fahrenheit 451. Just finished re-reading this, Ray Bradbury having passed away this week. Amazing how well it holds up, especially for sci fi. Surprisingly the last part reminded me of the Atlas Shrugged - themes regarding education and independent thought in common too
