PINEAPPLE YOGURT DIP~ 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese softened,1 (8 oz) container plain Greek yogurt, 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple drained, ½ cup honey. Place cream cheese, yogurt, pineapple and honey into a food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Refrigerator for at least 1 hour to chill prior to serving.
I am so happy to find a dressing that tastes good and is good for you. I used a whole lemon, whole avocado, and whole tomatoe. For the spice I used a garlic clove (1 tsp), 2 tbsps fresh cilantro, 2 tbsps fresh chives, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sugar and a pinch of fresh thyme. (I would not go out and buy the spices, just use what you have)
