SMOOTH. Really really good today getting some inspiration for new @localjuicery smoothies! This has always kind of been my go to - 1.5 cups almond mylk big handful of spinach spirulina frozen strawberries & blueberries  1/2 frozen banana lil bit of stone ground almond butter tiny pinch of salt. Top with pretty superfoods and enjoy! I consider this a meal a nice balance of protein fat and healthy carbs. by summer.sanders

I used a mandolin to slice my sweet potato thin and then tossed the slices in avocado oil Himalayan pink salt and pepper before throwing them in the oven for 20 minutes at 425'.
