Tanjyou Hachiman Shrine (誕生八幡神社) is the branch of Umi Hachiman-gu (宇美八幡宮) in Fukuoka Prefecture. "誕生" means "Birth", and "宇美" has the same sound with "産み" which also means "Birth". The shrine and its Komainu with round eyes are entrusted a safe delivery of mother and her baby.
