Garlic & Artichoke Hummus (AIP)

In a pan heat 2-tbsps olive oil  Add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tbsp chilli flakes and saute  add 15 garlic cloves,until well done. Add the chopped broccoli to this and saute on medium flame...drizzle some olive oil on top and add salt to taste :-) garnish with lemon juice and rind(optional)!!!
